service issues noted
poor food quality staff inexperience
the location was convenient to the city center
i had problems with breakfast the kitchen area seemed chaotic some food items were gone halfway through breakfast plus the quality was poor staff seemed inexperienced which led to the wrong room assignment and difficulty resolving issues

Acceptable Stay but Shower Issue
clean comfy bedding tea coffee minimal water pressure missing plug
The bedding was clean and comfy. The room also provided an iron and board along with tea and coffee.
The water pressure in the shower was minimal. The plug was missing from the sink. I was looking into a dark drain while brushing my teeth.

broken lift dirty spots
The lift did not work , so I climbed stairs. Imagine doing that with luggage. Breakfast ran out early one morning because staff provided incorrect times, how thoughtful. The bathroom looked clean, but I found dirty spots on the tea tray. Also sticky beer on the fridge. footprints on the windowsill. It looked like someone had a party, and the cleaning was not good enough.

Fantastic Stay Near Everything!
spacious room comfortable bed amazing location
My Standard Twin Room was super spacious! The beds and pillows felt comfortable after a long day. The location of this hotel is amazing. It's a short walk to all the cool shops, restaurants, and bars. I loved how close everything was.
I then had to pay seven pounds, and it wasn't ideal.

The breakfast service was very good and provided a lot of food for everyone. The dining area was clean, and staff ensured all items were well-stocked during the service hours. I think all guests would enjoy it.

My Standard Twin Room was clean and had quiet. The room had a television that provided several channels for entertainment. All the basics I needed for a good stay were there, which I did enjoy.
